Alpha Honey is committed to bringing you quality honey products that we assure in each jar. Please contact us with any concerns or questions you may have regarding your order at info@alphahoneyhealth.com.

We are committed to bringing you the best possible experience and dedicated to our customers.  If you are not happy with a product you have received through our website please return the  product in its original container and packaging and enclose your purchase information (name and date and address of purchaser) within 14 days  of purchase.  Once your return has been received we will issue a refund for the price of the product and taxes (shipping and handling costs are not included in this refund unless the shipping address was in error).  

 

Alpha Honeys are pure raw honey that contain only bee products so they do not spoil.  This natural  and pure state does create natural variations such as color, texture, and taste and does not change the superior quality and content of the honey.  We do not therefore issue refunds for these types of natural variations in the honey.

Refunds will be issued the same way that the original payment was made.  We are unable process or accept exchanges or returns on used items, but we are more than happy to help you personally through our email at info@alphahoneyhealth.com. We are happy to help assist appreciate feedback.
